 Central Productions offers fiscal sponsorship on a per-project basis.
By partnering a project with Central Productions as a fiscal sponsor, filmmakers are able to apply for grants and solicit donations that are tax-deductible.
Central Productions accepts inquiries and requests for fiscal sponsorship on an ongoing basis. There is a 6% surcharge on all funds that Central Productions receives that goes to cover the administrative costs associated with the fiscal sponsorship program.
In order for Central Productions to consider offering a production fiscal sponsorship, we require a Letter of Intent, three to four pages in length, addressing the following questions:
- What are your goals and intent for this project?
- How does this project relate/differ from your last project.
- What is your funding/fundraising and production plan and timeline?
- What do you have in place for this production right now?
The Letter of Intent should be accompanied by a one-page synopsis, a budget, and project description. Central Productions reserves the right to request a full copy of the script and a sample of the filmmaker's previous project(s).
